The smart balancing requires controllable producers and consumers. With sufficient network information based on measured values and defined thresholds, locally operating, intelligent networks components, autonomously manage the "smart balancing".
As such, the Smart Telecontrol Unit MGC locally makes control decisions for producers and consumers within the boundaries set and monitored by the control center.
